1. Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities and content that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security concerns
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

2. Acceptable Use

• Your use of QkInvoice must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• You may not interfere with or disrupt the service's security or functionality
• You may not transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts or restrict access for violations of these terms or for conduct that we determine to be harmful to our users, our business, or third parties

We will provide notice before termination where practical, but may immediately terminate in serious cases of abuse.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis or as a one-time payment for lifetime subscriptions
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Prices may be changed with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

4. Free Trial

• We may offer a free trial period for new users
• At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends
• We will notify you before your trial period ends
• Some features may be limited during the trial period

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

• We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You retain all ownership rights to your content and data
• You grant us a license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement and analysis
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any client data you upload to our service
• You can export your data at any time and delete your account

6. Service Modifications and Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) with reasonable notice except in urgent situations
• We will provide at least 30 days notice for significant changes that impact functionality
• For critical security issues, we may update the service immediately without notice
• We recommend regularly backing up your data using our export functionality

7. Intellectual Property

• QkInvoice and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of our HTML, CSS, JavaScript, visual design, or concepts without express written permission
• We respect the intellectual property of others and ask that you do the same

8. Limitation of Liability

QkInvoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, or goodwill
• We are not liable for any service interruptions, errors, or delays
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content or information

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms:

• We encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve the matter informally
• Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of your jurisdiction
• The arbitration will take place in Lithuania
• The language of arbitration shall be English
• Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts for matters related to data security, intellectual property, or unauthorized access

Some jurisdictions do not allow mandatory arbitration, so this provision may not apply to you.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time:

• We will provide notice of significant changes through email or in-app notifications
• Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms
• If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue using the service
